To The Man I Love

Dear the man I love,

You have my heart, forever and always.

You are my best friend who has my soul.

You make me complete on my worst days.

Yet you took my heart, and broke it whole.

You are the man I love, that will stay the same.

But you gladly watched as we went up in flames.

I do love you, but I am not in love.

It breaks my heart, but remains something I am not ashamed of.

I love you.

Sincerely,

The woman you loved
