A man spits on another &


A man spits on another  

And people ridicule each other 

 

As I walk on by

 
A woman is a hospital is crying
While her husband lay dying 
 
And I walk on by
 
A beggar sits on the corner in tattered clothes
He needs money for a home
 
But I walk on by
 
I hope that I'm never in that place
I wonder if they'd look me in the face 
 
As they walk on by
