The Man Upstairs

Sometimes I feel blind, like I cannot see But the world sees him, and also sees her The world ignores me, and never sees me But the world shields them, while I remain blurred. Every single day continues to go, I don't seem to be in anyone's sight, Should I just sit back and continue so, Just to get someone’s attention, I might. But I know I'm ok giving all my best, So no one should look and see my bloom tears, I need to just rest because it’s a test, Because I believe someone out there hears He lives up the stairs and he sits up high, And I know truly that he hears my cries.
