To the Man Without a Name

To the man without a name,

Seldom given props or kudos,

None but you deserves more fame,

Prevailing through the lowest of lows.

Where is your glory,

Withheld for some bereaucratic reason,

Do you choose to remain a story,

Though your efforts are appreciated through each season.

Your name remains unspoken,

Unclaimed like an highway shoe,

Your work is a treasured token,

So we, the masses, thank you.
