Man's Creation
An antidote created by man,
May heal one’s distress,
From all misgiving worries.
With little time to wait,
Their ungrateful discontent
Will soon become at ease.
It will surely become a man’s best friend,
When he is fragile,
To keep his sickly body safe and sound,
With the exception of warm soup,
Laying beside the empty countertop,
Until the illness escapes his mortal shape.
The inventor proclaims,
What an incredible invention!
For it will solve the complications
Of upcoming diseases and symptoms.
From beginning to end,
Along with past to future,
Philosophy will awaken
History with the remedy of health.
Formed from many knowledgeable
Minds of their own,
Filled with unique wonders,
From invisible atoms to high-reaching skyscrapers,
Doctors, biologists, chemists, and scientists
Are all well-known,
To determine one’s life.
Oh! But wait,
Every creature can not escape,
By the wrath of death.
Therefore, it must take part,
To let all creatures realize
the malfunction within man’s effort.
Thence escaping the clumsiness,
Treatments will be tested,
Diagnoses will be discovered,
Prescriptions will be printed,
Sickness will be cured,
And medicine will be improved
Only by the existence of man.
