Its how we relate You can never clearly define an emotion Because words are just terms we use to comminicate And these terms are merely labels See labels can describe things But they can never really define those things Can you wholeheartedly say that you have meet someone who can be defined by one word One label one concept See the entire way we view communication is flawed We think the words mean something But they don't When someone tells you they are feeling sad They can never truthfully define the emotion in itself But we know what they mean Only because we can relate Because you know how it feels to hurt We see the world as we are and not as it is Beacause when I close my eyes the entire world dies and when I open them the world is born again It's not that the world doesn't exist when am unconscious It's simply that it doesnt matter to me when am gone So why do we care It's cause bad habits are as hard to get rid of You used to rely on society and religion to tell you right from wrong And know that you are who you are You are well aware of your ethics But you still care what they think more than you think you should Cause deep down you know they should not matter they were not there when you were defining yourself So why should they have a say On who you became or who you are
