March 6

March 6, its been a full year From when we all gathered and shared tears Seeing you leave was one of my biggest fears But instead of spending time with you, I chose to be with my peers That feeling of regret will always live with me I know you are watching over so I try to be the best I can be I know I haven't been doing everything that i should And I know I didn't do everything that I could You showed me how to live life to the fullest but instead I'm here acting foolish I am writing this to say sorry and a final goodbye You left right before your birthday and all I could do is cry But I take you leaving for heaven a personal birthday present And you being there for me was such a blessing You will always have a large impact on my life and in my heart This is the ending to this letter to begin a new start.
