March For Our Lives

My secondary home,

Where I spend most of my day

Dreading the road ahead,

Is now where I dread my extinction.

A noise that heralded my absence

Is now replaced by

One that heralds my death.

While the solution is clear,

Greed still clouds judgement

Because cotton is more valuable than blood.
