Marching Band

We march in the heat, under the sun We march even if it’s 101 We march even when it is no longer fun We march until we are one We play until the music comes from the soul We play until it is perfect We play until our chops are swollen We play until we are one We practice until we are the best We play until it is memorized We march until we need to rest We will get the superior 1 The day has finally arrived Excitement is building, hearts are racing, hands are shaking Our entire being yearns for a one, but fate is coming Thunder is rolling, a storm is brewing
