Marionette

(poems go here) Why is it that you So beautiful my love Have chosen my heart to Hold your cold hands above You dangle my two feet Above a pit of beasts And now I cannot sleep While you enjoy your feast Of my tears My heart My breath And even all the rest Of my life My soul My love And you think you know best And somehow I believe While in the stormy seas That we were meant to be But I'm the only one who sees You lifted me so high Suspended by your strings Made of ice, salt and lies You watched me sit and sing You play it cool, so innocent But I know what you really meant You never wanted me for more than my Tears My heart My breath And even all the rest My life My soul My love And you think you know best I'm not Your marionette
