Marry-Jane

Her life is embraced by the darkness,

Aware of the light

But looks at her life

And only see its blackness,

Nobody holds her hand when she walks,

No ear is eager enough

To listen when she talks,

No matter how loud she cries

No man will wipe her tears,

All alone she weeps

Solo like Adam before Eve

Waiting to face her fears,

She knows best

How hard this life is,

Lay no judgment upon her

And she will show you

Where heaven is,

Still in the days

Of her youth,

A student in life

Trying to uncover the truth,

Oh!

How I wish

I could be one with her

When she cries,

Comfort her

And be the second wing

When she flies,

Give her strength

When she carries her cross,

And constantly remind her

Of the love from the higher force,

I wish I could be the one

To take away her pain,

And shelter her

In times of rain,

I think, you too

Should meet her,

Her name is Marry-Jane
