Maryellen Joy (MJ)

Oh, what a soul

Beautifully woven with a gentle touch

Threads of humility, patched with serenity

Complete with compassion - loving so much

Each day with you is laughter anew

You can always put a smile on our faces

And as we all know, there is no adventure without you

Running free to new and exciting places

You taught us how to dance, never missing the chance

You then had us sing, oh the joy it would bring

Rapping and clapping, tapping and snapping

Never a dull moment, no time for napping

Oh, what a soul

A beautifully crafted, wonderfully created masterpiece

Though it may bring tears to our eyes, it is time for you to return to peace

You see, the angels are longing for an adventure

And grandma really wants a hug

Marie and Zebb would like a pet

And Leo a war of tug

We’ll miss you dearly, but of course we know...

That with every dream we chase

And every cop we race

You’ll be right there with us, with a big smile on your face
