Mask Of A Smile

You hear my laugh,

But there is a hollow ring.

You see me smile,

But there it's missing something.

You feel my embrace,

But there is hesitation.

You never see me cry,

This mask is my creation.

Hiding my pain,

While you go on with your happy life,

Having this secret is the only thing keeping me sane.
