Masked

I cry, and cry, and I still hurt

I try to talk about my pain but

it never works, I try to go on

with life without a worry, why

do I dwell on the past the world

may never know, but still I smile

and pretend the pain is never there

and wipe the tears away, but yet I

walk with my head up so no one

can see through my mask.
