Maybe I like you because...


Maybe I like you because the good outweighs the bad. Maybe this feeling is a strength I've never had. Maybe the times your eyes stare into mine, Is enough to convince me that you're the right guy. Maybe the words that you whisper to me, Have changed my perspective so that I can see, Who I really am when I let my guard down. I'm who I want; my spirit I've found. Maybe the wind isn't blowing my way. There's so many questions that I'd like to say. Maybe I like how you keep me on my feet. Times where you're distant; and times where you're sweet. Maybe I like your riddles and games. A puzzle that I'll never want to put away.
