Me
From certain age you're told
how to act,
how to dress,
how to eat,
and how to be.
Unfortunately, the person I want
to be is me.
I like how I act,
I love how I dress,
and I am not ashamed of how I eat.
This may not be your ideal picture
of me,
but I am proud of who I am;
and who I am is, Me.
