Me

My heart is like the stars,
shattered pieces that are scattered all around

And I,
I am the moon
I wax and I wane
I'll never stay the same

And I will always
have these walls around me
they are never coming down

And I promise I am fine

So please, don't tell me
that you love
I'll put up walls,
yell at you,
and shatter all over again

And I promise you
I am fine
