This Is Me

Doors slam and dishes pile up

The dog barks, endlessly, at squirrels unseen.

Then wahla! A burst of motivation!

Dishes, be gone! Gentle with the door!

Come here, doggy, let me play with you!

Laziness and a zealous drive for  life all rolled into one person.

This is me.

Work work work til Friday at five...

"College won't pay for itself".

But you wanna go out to eat? Sure. I'll be there.

A tight wad that just wants to have a little fun.

This is me.

An imperfect perfectionist, particular about particulars.

A running addict who self cures with icecream.

A mix of rebel without a cause and susy homemaker.

Light for Jesus and saved by grace every day.

This is me.
