This is me

I am not who they think I am

I am not who I thought I was
I am someone who doesn't have a meaning
I am just a nobody trying to become a somebody

I am a victim of self hate
Because I choose to listen to what others thought of me
I am a bystander to my own fate
Because I was told nobody would love me

I am not who they tell me I will be
I am who I say I will be
And nobody can take that away from me

I am a fighter
I am a survivor
I am me !
