Me
Love me for what makes me me
Love me for the gentle smirrks and irrational fears
For my heart loves too much and
It's strings to tend to clutch
Love me for my brain and wild attitude
Love me for my desparate humor
So as to not listen to the rumors
Love me for my silence
And ingorant bliss
Love me for my gentle kiss
I put up a front but once you're past it
I'll be an open book
Love me when I'm shy and become afraid
Love me when my hair isn't made
Do not try and change me
Let my curiousity be
Love my bold hair
Love my skin bare
This is who I am and I can't be returened
There will be lessons that must be learned
Love me when Im loud
Show me off and be proud
Love me when I'm still
For your radiance in my heart is filled
Love me when I sing to you
Im working on my patience and my faith
Know that love in the past for me was wraith
Love my petite size
Love my mind because it's a prise
Our intellectual conversations
Won't be the only thing we mention
Love me when I'm tired
Love me when I'm wired
I'll let you in
And you will win
Most of all adore my presence
Because it's a spectacular essence
And I udnerstand that you may leave
But if you you loved me once,
Then I have achieved.
