Before me

Before me there were people All over this forsaken earth. Before me there was laughter And pain, despair and sadness. Before me there were inventions Incredible, both heinous and pure. Before me the Earth moved Into its current form. Before me life was already here With all of it's tragedy and beauty. But the question we must all ask ourselves is What will the world be after me?
