This is Me
This is me, this is what I do
You can accept me -
or judge me
it's up to you!
Talk about me if you want
But you're waisting your breath
I have better things to do
Like dreaming about my mansion after death
Yes, it's true -I'm a Jesus freak,
I love books,
I write poetry,
You can call me a geek
I don't need to know
Just what you think
I've got Him on my side
And my ship won't sink
I don't care if the world
Doesn't think kindly of me
He loves me, I love Him
And what matters the most is what He wants me to be
I'll float through your punches
And above the darkness I'll fly
Throw whatever you want at me
But I've got my eyes on the prize!
