Me and my mental health

My life has not been easy

Everyone expects me to happy and cheery

but sometimes my anger gets the best of me,

Its like a volcano ready to erupt

I can not stop it

Its like mount St Helen its calm and breezy

then BOMB! it explosed and riuns everything,

I have Bipolar 2 I used to be ashamed to say it to

Now I am not because I know it doesn't define who I am

I am still that girl who...

Loves art

Loves to help others

Loves my family

Love to hang with friends

Loves school

Loves to learn

And is proud of who I am

I don't let my disability define who I am or who I want to be

Bipolar 2 how is it defined has having a spasmanic episode of angry, anxiety, or depression.

I face all of these and yet I have over come it

I have learned a way to control all of these emotions

And yet  I am going to make a bright future for myself

So don't let any disability stop you from who you want to become
