Me and You
When I was younger I used to dream.
A dream of a future for you and me.
I used to dream that we were meant to be.
That you would be mine, and I would be yours.
But then days turn to weeks, turn to months, to years and I realized a dream is just a dream, and that's all it would be.
So with my failed dream, went my love for you.
Into a box with lost hopes, my memories of you stayed, never to be touch in the light of day.
Now I’m older, and no longer I dream. No longer I dream a future of you and me.
