Me, Myself, and I

Sat, 01/16/2016 - 15:55 -- _kfill

Here I am, I'm all alone

Nothing with me but the clothes on my back;

And I realize I'm far away; so far from home

I could sit here and wish of all the things I had;

My phone, or a picture of mom and dad

Maybe I'm here for a reason

I do as I please

Finally, there's no one to push me around;

because lately my friends have been pushing me around

So maybe, this is a blessing in disguise

Being here alone,

just me, myself and I

I need this time to work on my mental health

so the next time I see you, I can stand up for myself.
