Me, Myself, and I

Something I need is something I have not found

Beneath the tough exterior

Beneath the smiling face

I don't know who I am

I feel like such a disgrace

All I want is to figure things out

To know who I am

To live without

All of the pain of rejection need not affect me anymore

When I find my true self

I'll be able to open that next door.
