Me myself and why

I'm not white I'm not black I'm not Spanish or Asian I'm a human being trying to be my own creation.

I do all sorts of things, play football, write music, work at church for my dad.

But honestly on the inside I'm angry and sad.

See I do all these things so people don't think I'm boring.

they see me and think that I'm soaring adoring what I have and what I am.

But I feel like a scared kid when I should be a man.

I'm terrified of falling of failing of flailing afraid ill end up in the gutter crying and whaling.

So if I had to be real no filter no cover no mask

I'll tell you this I'm afraid my happiness won't last.
