You’re kind and you see me for me.
You helped me in my darkest days and brought sunshine with brighter rays.
You helped me back onto my feet and when I’m lost you still can see,
who I am and to become. You saw a bright future while I saw none.
Thank you again and a million more,
you really saved me from my own war.
A lot of tears and pain was shed.
But you shined happiness and positivity spread.
You taught me it’s okay to be different from the crowd,
and that it’s okay to be myself and be proud.
