Meager ...
Luke 6:21
21 “Blessed are you who hunger now, for you will be satisfied
“Blessed are you who weep now, for you will laugh
Meager
Time is slowly moving … beyond the speed of sound.
Very few notice this … while many are around
Most are standing still … pretending they have found
the key to everlasting … believing it’s profound
Clinging to a minute … that surrounds a restless soul
Digging in real deep … towards the darkness of the whole
Pretending there is light … and making that the goal
of an unrelated duty … that is completely out of control
Time is money it is said … an idol on its own
forms the soul completely … to find it overgrown
Weeds growing freely … now flowers here on loan
a pit for the undesired … meager to the bone
