Meaningless

How far do you really stand from the edge?
Unexplained sadness and disturbances
They flow through you stimulating depression
You want to do something, but what?
Escape into the madness of your own mind
It's what you should avoid, but what you want
And what you do, despite your knowledge
of just how mentally ill you really are.

Only you know what you do and have done
And don't say that you couldn't help yourself
That you were innately born this way
Because your depression stems from nowhere
Nowhere except from yourself.

Lyrical addiction
You addict.

Prance among those who hide
Wildness at every stage
And in every cell
It embodies you
Consumes you
As you offer yourself
to it.

My Self-Harm and Depression Story
My Struggle with Anorexia Nervosa
My Mental Asylum Experience

You Know None of These...

You don't even know Yourself.
