Measured by Beauty

Here I stand in front of the mirror Who is the fairest of them all? Not me. Oh no, not me at all. Measured not by my intelligence But by the beauty I portray How can you measure me by my beauty? Where does looking beautiful get me in life? Colleges do not look at beauty, they look at grades When applying for a job does it ask how beautiful are you? No it does not. But it is measured by others Measure me by my intelligence By my personality, but not my beauty To be judged by something to trivial Measure me by my anything, but beauty Beauty is not one thing It is everything Anyone and anything is beautiful Measure me by beauty? No please, measure me for who I am.
