Meditation Museum

Meditation is a museum without walls

Breath is like the ego, it rises and falls

Relics lie where reason once resided

Discoveries are displayed where wars were decided

Looking for truth here makes my ego cringe

But I know doors to dreams don’t open where opinions hinge

It is what it is

All of the parts of me you see

Sewn together in one big mixed tapestry

All the collisions of choices, unresolved inner voices

All here for me to see

All truth

The museum of my mind exists in plain view

Instead of meditating for more

I meditate to explore

All of me

All of my truth

In order to emerge from this meditation anew

I must breathe as I stand there and bravely view

Every frame I drew

Around me and you

Appreciate your insight and kind response. Sometimes the hardest thing to do is let ourselves see all of us, without judgement.
But when we do, we can better see everyone else. Connection = reflection.

Deep and sincere ... it would be the good way to understand yourself and your understanding to another
