Meet Me

Meet me where the sun meets land Meet me where roots of the tallest tree Touch the center of the Earth Meet me in the deepest crater on the moon Where a solitary rock can be thrown into miles and miles Of nothing Meet me where evolution occurred Watch slugs become fish Watch fish become frogs Meet me where the stalagmites and stalactites of the darkest cavern Grab each other Hold on tight Meet me where the rainbow ends Where the dragons hide Where Excalibur was pulled from the stone Meet me in a home where walls are branches And the roof is made of leaves Meet me here And I’ll show you Where your heart first touched mine
