Melancholy World

problems so deep that even

common knowledge can’t solve them

and dilemmas galore with

millions of broken lights

gaping holes in solutions

gaps between steps

flickering thoughts

and bloody ideas

swimming through thick

heavy fog while

endless tunnels lay ahead

a single missing piece of

everything we were taught

muttering importance as if

it means nothing

our souls depart because

we are so tired that

we might as well not be

alive anymore
