Melanin

The little dark girl .

The little dark girl with the attitude.

The little dark girl with the attitude who is sometimes sweet but often rude.

The young dark girl with the puffs. Whos hair has coils to the max trying to be maintained by combs not so tough.

The young dark girl who strives to fit in with the lights, the red brights , and the off whites because they tell her her skin tone is not alright.

The beautiful dark girl who starts to realizes her worth is not a color .

The beautiful dark girl who finds herself  and wants to strive to be like her mother.

The strong dark women who fought for her rights that would not be based off her color.

The strong dark women and the young little dark girl beautiful not only because of their melanin but their ability to handle this world.
