Melding of the Minds

Sit and listen

What do you hear?

Words melding together that make no sense to you?

Lectures on subjects that are confusing and boring?

Why aren't you learning

You just don't get it

At this pace you will go nowhere

If you don't do the work, why are you here?

The constant battering of our souls by those that understood at one point

But have been beaten into this word choice by ungreatfulness and depression

Look at your teachers

Look at yourself

They were you one time

They hated teachers as much as you do now

They wanted to change something

Make the world think differently

But now look at what has come of this

Dreams driven out by unhappiness and a poor education system

Our minds need melding

And the ones who assist in that melding

have had theirs melded to mush
