Melody

I just shot a thought through my melody
Always running through my head like a melody
Thoughts of you constantly swarm me
I need you by my side to warm me
Your the one thing that hasn’t turned bad in my life
I love you more than words and want you to be my wife
Just promise you won’t stab me in the back with a knife
I love that you have my side no matter what
Love has no glory without the guts
I look forward to the end of the day
When I can hold you in my arms and say
I love you till the day I’m on my death bed
Thoughts of your face burned within my brain
Losing you would make me go insane
What I’m tryna say is I love you it’s simple and plain
