A lot of things are funny

Like memes

And tickling (although I’ve learned to hold it in)

And watching babies smile.

That’s probably more cute than it is funny

But those are funny

Clowns aren’t funny though

And I’m not scared of them

But I just wanted them to know they bring no humor.

Just like sad tears aren’t funny.

Neither is death.

But we all die inside a little everyday.

Somehow we still find ways to laugh

And they say “laughter is the best medicine.”

Because it somehow,

Someway,

Distracts us from pain.

but it’s funny how too much laughter can bring pain.
