Memorial Hills

Memorial Hills, which to gaze upon bring thoughts of our past The Woods of my younger years The Center of our former lives A Time when life was easy and our dreams were ambitious A Revival of the love we left behind and abandoned in the trees Memorial Hills, a symbol of greater times with greater purpose The Elation of knowing my former life The Desolation of failing our younger years A life of monotony Lesser times with lesser purpose Dreams die young beyond the woods of Memorial Hills
