Memories
Through the windows of our memories piercing as sunlight
You still wake from my dreams churning day out of the night
With each breath you grow in me in each breath I die
You can’t find the earth in me and I keep searching your sky
Two entwined souls destined to be a kite
Through the windows of our memories piercing as sunlight
You still wake from my dreams churning day out of the night
I see from your perception or you are stationed in my eyes
My darkness elopes with your light through every lows n highs
At the core of my heart there is a hollow space
Where we embrace our silences amidst this mad race
Where other colours express themselves devoid of black n white.
Through the windows of our memories piercing as sunlight
You still wake from my dreams churning day out of the night
