Memories

I see the pictures on the wall

Of a time of happiness

Or so they thought

But what they don’t know

Is that I never planned to stick around

I never planned to become what THEY wanted me to become

I never planned to be that man who let others control their life

I planned to live my life as a nature walker

Someone who lives by no rules

No expectations

Nothing in my way that will stop me

I will achieve my goal

Of becoming my own person

Of leaving behind those fake memories

And

Making my own…
