Memories of Loved Ones Passed

Faceless voices call out to me in my dreams. / People that I knew and I loved looking at me with fright. / They fear being lost to a nothingness, an abyss, / Yet still they hope and pray that they know what the end is. / How can you banish fear when the unknowing is all you can see? / They leave, free from the burdens of a damaged body. / We can always worry about our lasting images upon this planet, / But we must know that we will leave a most profound impact on the people in it.

I wanted to write this in memory of all of the people that have I have loved, and that have loved me.
