Memory
I met you by a memory
On a windy summers day
the breeze was cool
and the day was warm.
Your smile
was the highlight of my day
and your eyes
were like palm branches lifting
me away.
I don't remember much
of that
windy summers day
but here is what I do know:
You are my midnight storm
taking me by surprise
A summers rain
on a hot day
Flowers blooming in a field
Picturesque.
