Memory

Because of you I know what a loving smile is Your face is one I will never forget Never did I see you angry or without your smile You always had a hug for me to carry\ me through A last act of goodbye that I will never stop doing The memory of you I will hold on to forever Your memory of love that lives on forever I can never have you back; of that I know Although the moments of life spent with you I'll always cherish. You left your mark with me that I'll never erase Of the strength you gave me through my life. To me you left too soon Before I was ready. However the memories remain letting me know That your life was never in vain You left me with enough to look back on and carry me through For your Memory I will hold to remind myself how much I cared for you and let you still live on
