Mental Illnesses

Mental illnesses are like storms,

There comes a time of pitch black,

Times where you can't see an inch away,

And other,

Well others where you feel like you are drowning,

When you feel there is no hope left for you,

But, there is.

After every storm there is a rainbow.

So after recovery there will be a rainbow.

It doesn't always seem like there will be.

Just remember my dear,

When all hope seems lost,

Look up into the sky

And hope that your rainbow

Is near by.
