Mental Violence

We very often witness physical violence

However, mental or psychological strains

On the brain are much more detrimental

Violence is evil, repugnant and diabolical.

Imagine the vain physical and mental abuses

Perpetrated against our brothers and sisters

The venom or the virus of hate causes crisis

Fears and distress even after many centuries.

Nugatory havoc, chaos and violence by any means

Are not acceptable. Even animals can be daunted

It’s sad that few of us don’t act as human beings.

Violent people are usually poltroons who attack or raid

Upon fragile individuals who are unable to fight effectively

We pray that all victims are healed mentally and physically.
