Mental war is real 

its so tough to heal

any little thing makes you snap, cry, or have anxiety attack

nerves messed up, thinking non stop

mental war is real

i want to heal 

i want to live the best life

i want to be a good mom and wife

i want to do good in my career

its bad when you are always in fear

Mental war is real 

i hate when i open up and people look at you with fear

there is nothing to fear i just want to talk i want to open up
