Mentor My Sadness

My heart

It has learned.

The sadness is but a piece

Not the whole of me

Youve taught me

What I dont want to be

Youve lead me down a road

Where I am not afraid to ask for help

Where I can smile without care

Where I can be myself

Without caring as to who sees

It was a bad way to go

But I love this destination
