Merry Christmas, Love

Location

As everyone's rushing around the streets,

I'll sit back, relax, and kick up my feet.

I've no need to spend money on stuff,

I already have what you're getting for Christmas, love.

They stalk the aisles, tear apart the shelves,

Looking for something for Mom, Dad, and who knows who else.

I can remember when I'd go with them, too.

That was before I settled on you.

You don't have to get me anything this year,

I'll be okay as long as you're here.

But you'll get something from me, definitely.

The act of giving will be a present for me.

I bet you already know what you're getting, sort of.

All I can say now is, Merry Christmas, Love.
