A Metaphor to Stand Alone
Our hearts are a stand-alone movie reel,
no sound matches up to the moving picture on the inner most screen of our eyes.
The only sound that is ever made is created by the blind Foley artists fumbling along with the items they feel:
hard soft cold hot fuzzy rough;
praying that the noise they make match up with the beautiful images flashing their way across another’s sight.
